We're in search for a bubbly and outgoing Patient Coordinator for our dental team. This individual will need to have great customer service skills and be very engaging with our patients. The perfect candidate should be able to communicate clearly and have excellent customer service skills. They will need to be responsible, reliable, and trustworthy. This position does requires occasional Saturdays. 

Patient Coordinator Requirements:

  • 1.5 to 2 years in medical or dental setting
  • Bilingual required
  • Must be able to communicate face to face, through email, and phone Must be team-oriented and willing to collaborate with others.
  • Must have high energy and great customer service skills
  • Must have excellent phone etiquette

Patient Coordinator Job Duties:

  • Check-in/ check-out Patients – Providing great patient service with a smile and positive attitude. Making sure information has been entered correctly. Gets copy of insurance card.
  • Collects Monies when required. Making sure follow up appointments have been scheduled. Initial audit.
  • Schedule Patients- Appointments are made correctly and are communicated correctly Medical Records- Makes sure all records and consents are completed Calling patients with insurance estimates and if necessary/verifying insurance benefits Completing data reporting in a timely manner, handling incoming/outgoing phone calls.
  • Treatment Plans/Charges- Present treatment plans efficiently and effectively. Have high ability to close cases. Is able to accurately answer insurance/finance questions pertaining to the treatment plan.
